FAQ
Questions we hear before the first audit call
Is NeuralVortex a wellness / brain product, a SaaS app, or fully autonomous AI?
No. We are an AI consultancy that connects the tools you already use into governed, human-checked automations and internal copilots. The .life TLD is branding only — NOT life coaching, wellness, neuroscience or brain-training. We are not a subscription software product and not neuralvault.one. Automations keep a human sign-off where it matters; we do not promise autonomy, savings or ROI.
What happens during an automation audit?
An audit typically spans two to three weeks. We interview stakeholders, observe handoffs, inventory your SaaS stack, and score friction points by impact and effort. You receive a systems map, prioritised recommendations, and a phased implementation plan — not a generic AI readiness checklist.
Do you build custom software from scratch?
Our default approach connects tools you already use. We write integration logic, orchestration layers, and monitoring where needed, but we avoid greenfield application builds unless your audit identifies a genuine gap no vendor fills. The goal is operational leverage, not expanding your software estate.
How do you handle AI risk and compliance?
Agentic and copilot features include human sign-off gates, audit logging, and scoped data access. We document data flows for PIPEDA-aligned review and align governance artifacts with your existing policies. We do not train models on your confidential data without explicit written agreement.
What industries do you serve?
We work primarily with professional services firms, SaaS operators, and internal operations teams across Canada. Engagements emphasise audit trails, approval workflows, and reliability — requirements common in regulated and client-facing environments.
Do you offer retainer support after launch?
Yes. Many clients retain us for monitoring, incremental workflow expansion, and quarterly governance reviews. Retainer scope is defined after the initial build phase based on your operational cadence and internal capacity.
Where are you located and what are your hours?
NeuralVortex Inc. is at 666 Burrard Street, Suite 1700, Vancouver, BC V6C 2X8. We operate Monday through Friday, 09:00 to 17:00 Pacific Time. Remote discovery sessions are available for clients outside the Lower Mainland.
How do I get started?
Submit the contact form with subject Automation audit request and describe your stack and pain points. We respond within two business days with suggested next steps and, where appropriate, audit scope options.
What does "hold up" mean in your slogan?
It means automations that survive real operating conditions: API changes, staff turnover, partial failures, and compliance review. We design for recovery and visibility, not demo-day perfection. If a workflow cannot be monitored, rolled back, and explained to a new team member, we consider it incomplete.
Do you work with teams outside British Columbia?
Yes. We serve clients across Canada with remote discovery and delivery. Vancouver-area clients may schedule in-person workshops at our Burrard Street office. Time zone alignment follows Pacific Time for scheduled calls and support windows.
What tools and platforms do you integrate?
Common stacks include Salesforce, HubSpot, Zendesk, Jira, Slack, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Stripe, QuickBooks, and custom REST or GraphQL APIs. We select connectors based on your audit outcomes rather than a fixed vendor list. If a tool exposes a documented API or webhook, we can usually integrate it with appropriate error handling and monitoring.
We do not guarantee compatibility with undisclosed or deprecated endpoints. Part of the audit identifies integration risk before build work begins.
Still have questions?
